Terms and Conditions
1. Where clients have selected the option to pay in 12 monthly instalments, they will be processed using the Ezypay financial payment service for direct debit to a bank account, or credit card. By ticking the box overleaf, clients give their permission for details to be passed on to Ezypay for processing. Ezypay may contact clients in such cases as when credit cards are due to expire within the payment period.
2. Where a client wishes to cancel their participation in the 12 month challenge, total payment must be made. The client may choose to continue paying the 12 monthly instalments, or can pay a lump sum.
3. In the event of sale of your business, participation in the Newsagent Challenge can be sold on. The 12 monthly instalments must continue to be made, and it is up to the current newsagency owner to organise the transfer of the payment plan to the new owner if desired.
4. Any other refunds or cancellations are to be dealt with at the discretion of News to Business.
5. Correspondence with Newsagents is by weekly emails. Newsagents are responsible for having an email account which is checked regularly, and to notify News to Business if the details change. Please notify News to Business immediately if you are not receiving weekly emails to prevent missing any part of the programme.
6. Unused benefits will be forfeited at the end of the initial contracted the 12 month period.
